Doctoral education is offered in two forms: full-time (with release from professional duties) and part-time (without release from professional duties).
Individuals who have completed a master’s degree in higher education or whose education is considered equivalent are eligible to apply for doctoral studies.
The entrance examination in a foreign language for admission to doctoral and dissertation programs is administered by the State Examination Center of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Applicants who achieve the passing score of 25 points in the foreign language entrance examination are admitted to the examinations in philosophy and subsequently in their field of specialization.
