Academic Building No. 2

UNEC’s Academic Building No. 2, consisting of two academic facilities, is located at 135 Hasan Aliyev Street, Narimanov District.

In 2007, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, and the First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, attended the opening ceremony of the university’s Academic Building No. 2.

One of the buildings consists of five floors with a total area of 9,759.5 sq. m, while the second building has seven floors covering 4,153.6 sq. m. The sports hall is a single-story facility with an area of 778.3 sq. m.

Within the academic complex, administrative and academic structural units occupy 5,215.15 sq. m, classrooms cover 5,250.35 sq. m, laboratories account for 127.5 sq. m, library facilities total 376.68 sq. m, the cafeteria covers 533.88 sq. m, sports halls occupy 995.52 sq. m, archive rooms account for 456.51 sq. m, the assembly hall covers 493.46 sq. m, and the medical unit occupies 137.65 sq. m.
