He was born on December 5, 2006, in the city of Nakhchivan.
In 2013, he began his primary education at Secondary School No. 15 named after M. Seyidov in Nakhchivan city and completed his secondary education in 2024 with distinction at Shekarabad Village Secondary School named after Ch. Babayev in Babek District.
In the same year, he was admitted to the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), Faculty of Economics and Management, majoring in International Relations.

From the first days of his admission to the university, he has actively participated in various university events, projects, and student organizations.
As a result of his initiative and development-oriented activities, he was appointed Project Manager of the UNEC Diplomacy Organization in February 2025 and was later promoted to Head of the organization’s Project Department.
In March 2025, he was also appointed as a Project Manager at the UNEC MUN Club.

He served as a volunteer in the 5th “Yuksalish Competition”, taking part in examinations organized within the framework of the competition, and was awarded a special certificate and a letter of reference by the Deputy Minister of Youth and Sports, Farhad Hajiyev.
He has also demonstrated high performance in intellectual and knowledge-based competitions held within the university, becoming a winner and prize recipient at various levels, and was awarded certificates and gifts.
During his volunteer activities with the National Association of Entrepreneurs (ICMA), he showed active participation at the 6th Local Companies Promotion Exhibition and was awarded a special certificate by the ICMA leadership.

Alongside his university studies, he has actively participated in social activities and various volunteer programs.
