Shahin Hasanov was born on December 4, 1997. He graduated from the A. S. Makarenko Gymnasium.
In 2015, he was admitted to the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), Faculty of the Turkic World of Business, majoring in Business Organization and Management.
He served as the Student Rector of UNEC during the 2016–2017 academic years.
From 2017 to 2018, he was the Chairperson of the Public Union “Support for Economics Students.”
