Elmir Sadigov was born on March 6, 1999, in Baku.
In 2016, he was admitted to the Azerbaijan State University of Economics (UNEC), majoring in Finance.
In 2017, he was selected for the Ministry of Education’s SABAH Groups and continued his studies at the SABAH Center starting from his second year.
During the 2018–2019 academic years, he served as the Student Rector of UNEC.
