The Department for Coordination and Organization of Research Centers is a unit that ensures the efficient organization and coordination of the activities of research centers operating within the university.
Initially, the Department for Coordination and Organization of Research Centers operated as a structural unit within the Department of Organization and Management of Scientific Activity (DOMSA) of UNEC. Taking into account the role of research centers and laboratories in UNEC’s transformation into a research university, and with the aim of increasing the efficiency of research activities, the Department for Coordination and Organization of Research Centers was designated as an independent structural unit as of September 15, 2020.
The functions of the Department include coordinating and organizing the activities of research centers established at the university and supporting their operations; studying experience in the organization and implementation of scientific research; establishing cooperation with scientific research institutions of the Republic and foreign countries and carrying out academic exchanges; and participating in joint scientific research programs, grants, and projects with research centers operating at universities in the Republic and abroad, as well as other related activities.
