The Career and Development Center is a platform established to support students in building successful careers in the professional world. The Center organizes various trainings, seminars, and mentoring programs to help students develop their professional skills, receive support in job searching, and gain access to career-oriented opportunities.
The organization implements various training programs, seminars, and projects to provide students with practical knowledge and skills, promote their academic and professional networking, and facilitate connections with representatives of the business community and industry. At the same time, it offers training on the recruitment process, career planning, interview techniques, project management, and other essential topics, thereby supporting students in achieving success in the professional sphere.
• To initiate and support the organization of trainings, seminars, webinars, and other educational activities aimed at the career development of UNEC students;
• To provide comprehensive support for familiarizing students with real working environments through the organization of professional mentoring and internship programs;
• To actively participate in the implementation of specialized trainings and programs aimed at developing leadership and management skills;
• To cooperate with the labor market in order to inform students about employment opportunities and introduce them to suitable vacancies.
